1 cup (250ml) milk or light cream
Prepare
Jelly Lite Strawberry
jelly according
to pack instructions. Gently pour half of fhe
Jelly Lite Strawberry
jelly into 8 pannacotta
cup moulds (set the remainder of the
Strawberry jelly to use another day).
Place dish in the refrigerator to set
for 4 hours. Prepare
Jelly Lite Mango
Passionfruit
jelly with 1/2 cup (200ml)
boiling water, allow to cool and then add
milk or light cream Gently pour the cream
mixture over the set Strawberry jelly base,
and refrigerate a further 4 hours. Dip
moulds very quickly into hot water then
unmould by inverting onto serving plates.
